However, as the first woman on a Republican national ticket, she potentially appeals to angry Hillary Clinton supporters and to so-called values voters who pushed McCain to choose a running mate who is against abortion and gay marriage.

It is not likely that any bona fide Hillary supporters think that Governor Palin is an acceptable alternative to Senator Clinton, however if The Left keeps up the disparaging, demeaning personal attacks on the governor, it will backfire on Obama.

Oppose Governor Palin on the issues, but enough already with the condescending remarks!

Also, OBAMA OPPOSES GAY MARRIAGE, TOO. In fact, Obama is so afraid of looking too cozy with gays, that he has refused to be photographed with San Francisco's gay-enlightened mayor, Gavin Newsome.

One of Governor Palin's first official acts after she took the oath of office was to sign legislation granting ALL the rights to gays and lesbians that are granted to other straight "unions." So, don't use that as a plus for Obama! His position is not different than hers.
