Turning Iraqi Cities into Slums

Iraq has between 25 and 50 percent unemployment, a dysfunctional parliament, rampant disease, an epidemic of mental illness, and sprawling slums. The killing of innocent people has become part of daily life.

Remember G.W Bush's "mission accomplished"speech on may 1st.2003?. It was no intended to signal the end of war operations but to indicate in an ironically and perverse way that the destruction of Irak had been accomplished.
