An Echo of the 'War on Christmas'

In the snows of yesteryear, far away from Don’t Ask Don’t Tell or START treaties or the War on Christmas, I see the movie house of my youth, the Playhouse Theater on Chapin Street, the only one in my small hometown -- except for a nearby drive-in that closed during the winter.

thanks Michael ! what a country! I am reminded that the Smithsonian could not mount an exhibition in 1995 on the US bombing of Hiroshima because the Congress was persuaded by Pentagon bigwigs to refuse to show any damage to civilians by the bomb, and instead wanted to claim huge estimates of "US lives saved" by the nuclear bomb 50 years earlier. BTW is Eric Cantor a Christian???
