Almost as disturbing as reading the Bush administration’s approved menu of brutal interrogation techniques is recognizing how President George W. Bush successfully shopped for government attorneys willing to render American laws meaningless by turning words inside out.

Does something happen to a constitutional law professor when he has won the Presidency? The issue about prosecuting is looking filled with some "odd" logic in this Administration. Evidence: "looking forward" at every "turn".
Obama's decision not to prosecute CIA interrogators who used waterboarding on terrorism suspects amounts to a breach of international law, the U.N. rapporteur on torture said.
Obama's constant "looking forward" rationale (excuse) is getting tiresome and worrisome.
The United States, as all other states that are part of the U.N. convention against torture, must honor their committment to conducting criminal investigations of torture and to bringing all persons against whom there is sound evidence to court.
Why are so many Obama supporters letting him get by with this, using the excuse that he's only been in office 3 months?
I thought he believed in the rule of law.
