By Jason Leopold

White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel has collaborated behind the scenes with Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham to oppose the Obama administration’s plans to use federal civilian courts, not military commissions, to try alleged Islamic terrorists, according to sources and press reports.

It is becoming Very clear that the 911 Commission like the Warren Commission was loaded with political hacks (same lawyer in both)and meant to Ignore the truth and crucial evidence, even suppress it. Anyone remember the CIA/Bums/crossdressers H.W.Bush and E Hunt Jr. in Dallas or the now public knowledge of thermite dust or smoldering iron in the World trade site weeks after the collapse(Demolition)?. Quite frankly like all the Great coverups of our time that include Bush/Noriega/Contra/JFK, 911 will be executed the same and KSM will not get a public venue for fear of implicating the True perpetrators and their evil minnions within our gov. FBI\CIA and Isreals Mossad folks!. These Bush era Kangaroo courts will not enjoy the trust of our international audience or the truly informed Domestically. Rahm represents the very interest that need cover...Isreal

anyone who thought that indonesian citizen barry soetoro was going to bring change to government certainly has a silver dollar under his pillow waiting for the tooth fairy....soetoro can't even change his underwear let alone the government.... www.obamacrimes.com

and change is not the point....rahm emmanuel as best i can tell is north american director of mossad operations....placing "terrorists" in civilian courts is not a good way to conceal such information or a good way for keeping hidden the role of usa intelligence in the destruction of the wtc....

yes my friends, the same cia which brought you the murder john kennedy, martin luther king, robert kennedy, and a host of other national blood lettings also destroyed the wtc with military grade nanothermite in a controlled demolition of 3 buildings....

rahm emmanuel and the rockefeller machine who own soetoro lock stock and barrel aren't about to reveal any of the bush crime syndicate's crimes....there is much much to study here: www.ae911truth.org and here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nD7dbkkBIA - aaron russo on the rockefeller hate for america....

why would anyone expect change from someone who held over robert gates? please.....

Jane Mayer's lengthy account in the New Yorker describing the political infighting inside the Obama White House over Eric Holder's efforts to reject the Bush/Cheney militarist approach to international terrorism was excellent. What Jason Leopold adds here is the fatal first step that Obama took in the weeks immediately following the '08 election.

Barack met with John McCain and Lindsey Graham, then designated Rahm Emanuel as the contact person to forge a bipartisan approach to closing Gitmo. McCain, Graham, the rest of the GOP Congressional leadership, and Dick Cheney from exile all heaved a great collective sigh of relief and said thank you very much. They had been handed all the high trump cards in exchange for nothing in return. And the designated conduit for all future policy formulation efforts was now the consummate DC beltway insider "realpolitik" chief of staff for the new Obama team.

All Graham had to say was "No, I won't play ball with you unless you sign on to legitimize Bush's use of military commissions." Emanuel dutifully delivered the GOP's message back, wrapped up no doubt with Rahm's personal, entirely predictable partisan calculation that it would be wiser for the President to back peddle on the whole issue (rather than keep principled promises made on the campaign trail), and not risk alienating future bipartisan back door deals.

Point, set, match.

In a two-party duopoly, when you hand over veto power to the opposing side with the first card dealt out of the deck, no one should be very surprised when you wind up getting skinned and snookered and publicly hung out to dry with end results like this.
