Thanks Ray.

CACI is interesting, given Armitage's involvement if nothing else. But SAIC is the prime example of the absurdity of today's outsourced intelligence.

SAIC is actually responsible for much of the official narrative that drives the "war on terror".

This is a company that was run for about ten years, starting in 1993, by Duane Andrews, who previously worked for Dick Cheney (Andrews' personal, lifelong hero). Robert Gates worked for SAIC too, as did many other intriguing charcaters like NYC OEM director Jerome Hauer and anthrax suspect Steven Hatfill.

SAIC gave us the official story for what happened at the WTC in 1993, and also on 9/11 due it being the largest contributor to the NIST report outside the US government. The company also was hired to rebuild the NSA and FBI systems that supposedly failed on 9/11, and it was responsible for the intelligence that resulted in the capture of 9/11 "mastermind" KSM.

While the Carlyle/BDM subsidiary Vinnell Corp was training the Saudi Arabian National Guard, SAIC was training the Saudi Navy and bringing Saudi military personnel to company headquarters in San Diego for further study.

SAIC even spies on CIA employees for the CIA. Now that's power.
