Oakland Mayor Ron Dellums had a chance to shine last Thursday after the verdict was announced in the murder trial of transit cop, Johannes Mehserle, for the Jan. 1, 2009, killing of a 22-year-old, unarmed black man, Oscar Grant.

Excellent article.
The idea of controlling the official narrative, and those who speak outside of it, is timely.
Without net neutrality many of us might not have the information sources needed (e.g. flashpoints, consortium news)to challenge what will be a much more widely accepted narrative.
