This past Sunday was beautiful, bright and warm, not unlike the sky blue day when those two airliners hit the World Trade Center in 2001, just a mile or so from where I live. That day, a Tuesday, was a bit hotter, a bit more humid, yet just as sunny and promising.

Yes, many people have suffered immeasurably from the crass, and completely false, conspiracy theory given to us by those who benefited from the 9/11 attacks.
Hopefully those among us who still value the truth above convenient lies will also remember the second half of that prayer.
"O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life."
The wars and the suffering and the lies will end only when we are strong enough to let our small selves die. When we can admit we were wrong, things will change for the better. Until then, we must expect that the worst is yet to come.
Thanks Kevin Ryan. Pretending that the treason and mass murder of 9-11 was an al-Qeada attack is not in any way giving respect to those that were murdered on that most terrible day in United States history. The truth must be made to be fully known, and those of our own that betrayed us finally be prosecuted.
